AI Predictions
AI predictions.ai is a real-time AI-powered prediction marketplace designed for sports bettors and curious users who want data-driven insights on real-world events. I led product design from the ground up — crafting a scalable system that brings AI models, creators, and users together in a clear, intuitive experience.
Year :
Lead Product Designer
Industry :
Web (SaaS)
Client :
Q4 2024 – Present
Project Duration :
Figma, Vue.js, Primvue, Highcharts, HotJar, PostHog

The Challenge
We were starting from zero - no brand, no UX patterns, and no reference point for how an AI prediction marketplace should look or behave. The experience needed to:
Appeal to both casual users and serious bettors
Build user trust in AI predictions, model creators, and the accuracy of forecasts - even though all creators were vetted and evaluated
Help users understand who to follow and why, without overwhelming them with data
Scale across multiple event types and market verticals
Be fast, responsive, and mobile-friendly
Evolve quickly from MVP to multi-category product

My Role & Responsibilities
As the sole designer on the project, I owned the entire product experience — balancing branding, UX research, and interface design under tight timeframes.
Branding & Identity
Created the logo, color palette, typography system, and visual tone
Defined a bold but trustworthy aesthetic to balance innovation with credibility
UX Research & Strategy
Conducted user interviews and persona mapping (bettors, data-curious users, analysts)
Audited competitors across prediction, betting, and model marketplaces
Mapped trust friction points and simplified onboarding and model discovery
Experience Design
Designed all key flows: homepage, event pages, model cards, creator profiles, subscription CTAs
Built user journeys for account creation, following models, managing subscriptions, and comparing predictions
Designed responsive layouts for mobile-first browsing
Supported dark mode and accessibility needs
Design System
Built a scalable design system in Figma using components, tokens, and variant structures
Ensured consistent UI across all categories (sports, crypto, stocks, Formula 1)
Enabled fast iteration and seamless dev handoff
Post-Launch Optimization
To continuously improve UX and feature performance after launch, I implemented:
Google Analytics to track conversion funnels and traffic behavior
Hotjar for session recordings, scroll heatmaps, and rage-click monitoring
PostHog for detailed user event tracking and cohort behavior
Strategic in-flow feedback prompts at key points in signup and onboarding
These insights fed directly into our product workflow.
Using:
Figma MCP for syncing new components directly into code
Cursor for generating functional UI code from design tokens and logic
Claude for UX writing and feature ideation
...we were able to turn real user behavior into fully designed, code-ready features faster than ever.
